So, I decided to take down the “Madness in theory” chain of blog posts from this site, and have instead posted a new summary of the entire project on a new site. That’s probably overdue; those blog posts were terrible, confused, and generally a very poor representation of the overall idea… just as all previous attempts at explaining the idea in blog posts were. The new summary is… not bad. Hopefully even good.
Unfortunately, due to me being broke, that site is a Blogger with a custom domain. I’d have preferred the new url to also forward to this site, or something similar, but… I’m not paying WordPress more money. Again, broke, but also… they refuse to connect existing domains anymore, and I’m not letting them manage my domains, because anyone who demands something like that, especially when it’s not technically necessary, can in no way be trusted, and you should, in general, not be business partners with them. It belies the kind of thinking that is quite explicit in how they are willing to stab you in the back someday.
That may be a bit oversensitive. I tend to dislike people forcing decisions on me, even sometimes for the best of reasons. Irrespective.
For lack of a better url, this new blog at ProjectMAD.tech. The acronym MAD is a far better name for the project than MOS/DCA, and it helps that the additional third letter is meaningful. It refers to yet a new, third leg that ties the project together, and it just might be the most important bit.
For now, that blog post can only be found here: https://www.projectmad.tech/2025/07/Project%20MAD.html
